Introduction:

The PolyU atmospheric research station was established in 1993 at Hok Tsui (Cape D'Aguilar), which is situated at the southeastern tip of Hong Kong Island (22¢X12¡¦N, 114¢X18¡¦E, 60m asl.).

The facility has served as a focal point for:

Developing and applying advanced techniques for measuring atmospheric trace constituents

Documenting trend of regional atmospheric composition
¡E
Studying atmospheric chemistry and pollution transport in the subtropical South China region
¡E
Conducting collaborative research & training under/postgraduate students
