English will be the official language of the Conference for both oral and written presentation.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

The proceedings of the Conference will be published as hardcover books by Elsevier Science Ltd.

JOURNAL SPECIAL ISSUES

A selection of papers presented at the Conference, after suitable extension, will be published in special issues of Construction and Building Materials, Advances in Structural Engineering - An International Journal, Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites, and International Journal of Materials and Product Technology.
