Secretariat

PolyU and the CAI-Asia Secretariat will jointly act as the BAQ 2002 secretariat. PolyU acts as the secretariat for participants from Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, while CAI-Asia will act as the secretariat for participants from other parts of Asia and outside Asia. Contractors will be appointed to assist the secretariat when needed.
